| I prefer using Hand reflexology since it is easier to get someone to give you their hand instead of their foot. both work, hand it easier to do yourself also. I would like to get hand reflexology used in schools . most of the common childhood ailments are ear ache, tooth ache, head ache and stomach ache. you go to the nurse she holds your hand for a matter of minutes and you go back to class. plus you have not put anything into your body that doesn't belong there. I use reflexology on my children all the time along with natural healing. I even have friends and family call me and say "hey where do you push for" and then they name where they are hurting and i tell them where to push.

That is really interesting and it would be great to get it used in schools because it is so non invasive and easy. I never really knew much about hand reflexology until recently, I've always done foot reflexology. I'd love to hear more about it!

| the same points on the feet are in the hands. I use the hands points for ear aches, tooth aches, backaches, headaches, heartburn, upset stomache, even cramps. it is easier for me to explain a point when someone says i have a tooth ache or some other pain and then i say ok push here you should feel this. so if you have pain let me know .
