If you’re not getting along with your mate, or you’re not getting along with your employer, or your own physical body is sick, or you don’t have enough money, or people are not treating you right… There is not one negative thing that you are experiencing that is happening for any other reason other than that you are not appreciating yourself.
When you are critical of somebody else, it’s not about them . It’s about you. When you are condemning the world, whether it is the political world or the religious world or the economic world or the ecological world… When you are looking at the flaws in the world, it is not about the world, it is about you!! It is about the way you feel about you…
And so we say friends, nothing is more important than that you establish your own relationship with you.

As you work a little more at loving you, then you allow all that is you, which is pure love, to flow through you. So, look in the mirror deep into your eyes and say, “Inner Being, are you in there?”
Your Inner Being is in there, and then say, “So what do you think about me? What do you think?” And your Inner Being will look back at you with love so deep and so sure that maybe you’ll hear. Your Inner Being adores you. Your Inner Being knows your value. Your Inner Being is you….
And what we’re saying is accept you and love you, and accept that all is well with you, and watch the benefits that come from that.

They are genuinely happy. warm and genuine smile that comes from the eyes as well as the heart. They are one who appreciates you, seeing things in you that you would like to see in you, pointing out to you things that you, perhaps, have never seen about yourself….
