People are always asking me which weight loss program or plan to use. It is difficult to say without knowing someone, their eating habits and how their own body works. I always try to get people to use the program that will work best for them. Almost all weight loss programs and diets are well balanced and will work if you follow them. The trick is to find the one that works best for you and that you will actually stay on and follow!

I really think that South Beach Diet is well balanced and very easy to follow. It is a lifetime program, not a diet, and makes it easy once you have reached your goal. Their online program is simple to follow with daily recipes and meal plans. |
| This is Dr. Bob Green’s Weight Loss program. You might have heard about it on Oprah. I did not use this program, it was not around when I got started, but have heard great things about it and have looked it over. It seems like a very well balanced and easy to follow program. |
